Responsibilities and Duties

Hiring 2 Speciality Foods Chefs who has 3 to 5 years of experience in South Indian Food, Malabar & Kerala Cuisine.

Working Conditions: Fast paced environment, Work under pressure,physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting,standing, walking, Standing for extended periods

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Public transportation & Staff accommodation are available

Personal Suitability: Initiative, Effective interpersonal skills,Reliability, Team player, Organized, Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Dependability

Additional Skills: Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, Requisition food and kitchen supplies, Prepare and cook meals or speciality foods, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Cuisine Specialties: East Indian, South Indian, Malabar & Kerala

Food Specialties: Vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms, Fish and seafood, Cereals, grains and pulses, Eggs and dairy, Meat, poultry and game

Specialist Chefs Specific Skills: Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, Prepare and cook complete meals and speciality foods for events such as banquets, Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking,garnishing and presentation of food, Create new recipes
